Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and achieving the targeted project profitability.
- To plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate all project matters with relevant parties in ensuring smooth, safe, and quality work execution, timely completion, and handover as well as full compliance to contract requirement.
- To organize, coordinate and supervise delivery of equipment, site erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning work with vendors and customer.

Essential skill and requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ / Professional Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering/Project Management
- Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis, equipment specification and project execution.
- Good knowledge in technology sales in terms of automation, functional testers, and manufacturing related products/services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven
- Working experience need to have at least 5 years in the related field
- Profound technical education with knowledge of project management
- Experience with project management skills
- Good analytical skill
- Good problem solving and resolution
- Ability to efficiently use all computer literacy (MS-Office and MS-Project)

Job Responsibilities:
Primary Functions:
- To participate in functional test development projects for PCBA Functional Tests and HLA (High-Level Assembly) Functional Tests. Work scopes include but are not limited to UUT functionality verification in AC/DC/RF/Embedded electronics domains & UUT Firmware Programming.
- To develop test software using NI software suite (LabVIEW, TestStand, C#)
- To design test interface boards, custom electronics and system level schematics (Machine level wiring diagram) for machines/testers.
- To participate in test system integration and test system performance verifications, to ensure hardware and software works according to the design specifications.
- To participate in on-site machine commissioning and data collections, to ensure machines are developed with high reliability and repeatability.
- To participate in remote software support occasionally.
Auxiliary Functions:
- To collaborate with mechanical team to ensure machines/tester design is functional, ergonomic and fulfill machine footprints, dimensions, and other physical parameters requirements.
- To collaborate with project management team to ensure projects progress and complete within the committed timeline.
- To work with service/support team for machine/testers repair & troubleshoot to ensure minimal down time for deployed testers.
- To assist technical writers in documentation work for machines/testers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering in electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 2 years+ experience in functional test system development
- Passionate in software programming is a MUST
experienced in NI LabVIEW, TestStand and C# is a plus
- Persistent and patience in electronics/electrical circuits trouble shooting is a MUST
- Able to analyze electronics schematics, circuit operations and datasheets is a MUST
- Self-motivated and committed to assigned project for in-time delivery is a MUST
- Must possess strong logical thinking and good analytic skills.
- Experience in embedded systems like STM32 and Arduino is a plus.
- Experience with test equipment like oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, DMM, electrical load, DAQ card is a plus.
- Experience in PLC/Ladder diagram programming is a plus.
- Able to carry out technical conversation in English is a MUST
- Multi Lingua (Mandarin or Spanish) to liaise with China / Euro / Mexico business counterparts is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- To attend to after sales service and support request from AIMFLEX customers.
- To install/commission semi/fully automated machines/testers at customer sites.
- To arrange and plan together with customers for proper time schedule for on-site visits
- To perform fault diagnostic (both hardware & software) on reported testers/machines
- To identify root causes, and to solve problems together with customers.
- To complete and submit service report (SR) back to service & support manager. The service report must clearly indicate the issues found and solution applied with customers’ approval.
- To coordinate repair/service with AIMFLEX engineering team for complex cases.
- Manage customers’ expectations when issues are escalated.
Essential skill and requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic/Mechatronics)
- Willing to learn software programming like LabVIEW is a must, trainings will be provided.
- Must possess basic electrical/electronic trouble shooting skills using equipment like DMM, oscilloscope and other measurement equipment.
- Must possess own transport, able to travel locally and oversea for service and support assignments.
- Strong positive mindset handling complex technical problems, willing to learn and growth together with engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:
- To design & develop machines/testers/jigs & fixtures design by applying mechanical engineering principles to meet design specifications and cost target.
- To participate in external meetings, to define feasible project scope and specifications to address customers’ problem statements.
- To proactively participate in project development cycle, to collaborate with other functions, supplier and/or customer to drive project delivery in-time and successfully.
- To provide technical guidance and support to production team to minimize the gap of process deviation and to improve efficiency based on mechanical engineering good practices.
- To prepare new or update revised manufacturing documents, fabrication drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) promptly when required.
- Always seek for idea and opportunity to improve production efficiency and product quality by applying DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing / Assembly) principles.
- To Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and risk assessments for mechanical design, assembly process or related issues at early stage of design phase
Essential skill and requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Passionate in Mechanical Design is a must
- Experienced in Solid Modeling/3D CAD Software is a must
- Proficient SolidWorks is a plus
